I love food!


So it's a Sunday afternoon, I don't have much to do (I could clean but who likes cleaning...). I decided to make a good lasagna for dinner and for lunch on Monday. I had already bought the Olivieri lasagna sheets (veryy good!) and I had sauce in the freezer. The Bolognese sauce I used is the one that Alessandro and I made with his Italian aunt over Christmas break! Bolognese sauce is sometimes taken to be a tomato sauce but authentic recipes have only a small amount of tomato. We used his nona's (grand-mother in Italian) recipe. A lasagna is not a real lasagna without Béchamel sauce but I cheat by using a Knorr mix (can't taste the difference).
